Shipping
We will process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Creek2Coast
ships products via a variety of methods, the most common being Registered
Australia Post Parcel Post. We will only ship goods once payment in
full has been received and cleared in our account. We will normally
ship goods within 2 working days after payment has been received. Goods
normally take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your address. The risk
of loss and title for all items purchased from Creek2Coast pass to you
upon our delivery to the carrier.
Creek2Coast will endeavour to freight at the lowest possible prices to
your area, or we can quote a rate prior to dispatch.
In order to reduce costs and allow us to provide the lowest possible
prices, Creek2Coast does not always hold stock of some of the items listed
on the web site. Sometimes we may have a particular product shipped direct
to you from the importer/wholesaler/manufacturer or there may be a delay
if the importer/wholesaler/manufacturer does not have any in stock. We
will inform you ASAP by email if an item is out of stock and request direction
regarding whether you would like to place the item on backorder, cancel
the out of stock item or cancel the whole order.
Returns
Creek2Coast will accept returns of delivered goods under the following
circumstances:
Goods damaged in transit: Creek2Coast must be notified
within 2 working days of delivery. Creek2Coast, upon satisfactory
inspection of the goods, will repair, replace or exchange them.
Faulty goods (items to be returned under manufacturer
warranty): Creek2Coast will repair, exchange, credit or refund.
Returned for any other reason: Creek2Coast must be
notified within 2 working days of delivery. The cost of return to
Creek2Coast will be paid by the purchaser and there may be a restocking
fee. The goods must be in "as new" condition.
NOTE:
A Return Authorisation (RO) must be obtained from Creek2Coast for ALL
goods BEFORE they can be returned. Creek2Coast reserves the right to
dictate the return freight method for returns under Faulty or Damaged
goods options above.
